Production Process

  • Raw Material Selection & Preparation
    Carefully selected sawdust is screened to remove impurities such as sand, metal, or plastic contaminants to ensure product purity.
  • Drying Process
    The sawdust is dried using rotary dryers or natural sun drying until the moisture content reaches approximately 8–12%, which is critical for efficient carbonization.
  • Carbonization (Pyrolysis Stage)
    The dried material is processed in a controlled kiln or furnace at temperatures ranging from 400–600°C under limited oxygen conditions. This process converts biomass into fixed carbon while removing volatile compounds.
  • Cooling & Stabilization
    The resulting charcoal is cooled in a sealed environment to prevent oxidation and preserve carbon quality.
  • Grinding & Particle Size Control
    The charcoal is crushed and milled into fine powder, followed by sieving to achieve consistent particle size distribution.
  • Mixing & Formulation
    The powder is blended with natural binders (typically 3–5% tapioca starch) and water to form a homogeneous mixture with optimal plasticity.
  • Briquetting / Molding
    The mixture is compressed using high-pressure briquetting machines into uniform shapes such as hexagonal, cylindrical, or pillow forms.
  • Final Drying & Hardening
    The formed briquettes are dried in controlled conditions (oven or solar drying) to reduce moisture and increase mechanical strength.
  • Quality Control & Packaging
    Finished products are inspected for density, durability, and combustion performance before being packed for export.
